ELUTAX 3 long – DCB solution
ELUTAX 3 long is a DCB solution based on a three-dimensional dextran–paclitaxel matrix, with controlled drug release at higher pressure. In this way, the drug is effectively injected into the blood vessel wall, maintaining therapeutic levels for up to 60 days after the intervention.
The OTW-L version (catheter 4F, length 170 cm) allows the treatment of femoropopliteal lesions from a radial approach. Advantages include low risk of bleeding, lower incidence of hematoma, earlier discharge and fewer post-procedural limitations. The low-profile technology (Vortex) further facilitates the procedure.

The VIAR family includes RX and OTW designs for coronary and peripheral arteries, central vessels, AV fistulas and neurovascular segments. The catheters are semi-expandable, with a low transition profile, fast inflation time and a wide range of diameters and lengths.

Coronary RX PTCA:
diameters 1.5–4.0 mm, lengths 10–40 mm, 4F introducer, 5F guide catheter, nominal pressure 6 atm, RBP 14 atm.
Peripheral RX PTA:
diameters 1.5–6.0 mm, lengths up to 250 mm, RX design for fast manipulation, recommended guide wire 0.014.
Peripheral OTW:
working lengths 90, 135 or 170 cm, diameters 1.5–6.0 mm, lengths up to 250 mm, guide 0.018. The OTW-L variant is adapted to the treatment of femoral lesions from a radial approach.
Central OTW:
for large arteries and veins (aorta, vena cava), diameters 7–14 mm, length 20–80 mm, RBP 10 atm.
High Pressure OTW-S for AV Fistulas:
diameters 4–7 mm, length 20–60 mm, RBP 18 atm, for resistant stenoses in hemodialysis access.
Neuro RX-N:
for supra-aortic and intracranial segments (carotid, vertebral, basilar, M1), diameters 1.5–6.0 mm, lengths 10–40 mm, 4F introducer, 5F guide catheter, RBP 14 atm.
